COVID-19 Online Workshops: Get ready to start again!

The COVID-19 is hitting hard. Very hard. Including within your own organization.

We all know it won’t last forever. We just need to get through it!  Keeping your employees at work is quite a challenge.

In order to help you pull this off, we have decided to make several of our workshops accessible to as many companies and organizations as possible. Effectively, up until recently, they were solely available to groups within a single organization, either face to face or online. They are now available to all through videoconferencing.

Sophie Lemieux 

Sophie est Formateur agréé par la Commission des partenaires du marché du travail aux fins de l’application de la loi favorisant le développement et la reconnaissance des compétences de la main d’œuvre. She is a Certified Management Consultant (C.M.C.) and member of the Ordre des Administrateurs Agréés du Québec.

She has a MBA and RCCTM (Registered Corporate CoachTM) title and more than 15 years experience in organizational performance management, coaching, multidisciplinary team management, project management, training and business development.

Sophie started her career with a B.Sc. in Microbiology and quickly earned management roles, which allowed her to climb the corporate ladder in the pharmaceutical industry. She has been a Consultant for many years and has gained expertise in various fields, which allows her to bring added value to her clients.

As an Instructor at Université de Sherbrooke and Concordia University, Sophie is familiar with best management practices and teaches various subjects in the management skills field (e.g.: creative leadership, power of influence…).

Sophie demonstrates a leadership style that focuses on positivity, vibrancy, active listening, healthy stress management and resilience. Driven by value-added processes, she’s very organized and loves to take on new challenges.

Robert Molino

With over 17 years of successful sales experience with segment leaders including Varian Inc., QIAGEN and Brucker Ltd, Robert climbed the corporate ladder with skill and determination. So, from Sales Representative, he eventually became Product Specialist and Regional and National Sales Manager. He has in-depth knowledge of the chemical analysis and life science markets across account types including academic, industrial and governmental.

Robert is passionate about sales. His core strategy consists in focusing on helping his clients reach their goals. He works with them through challenges specific to our particularly competitive environment characterized by sophisticated buyers and ever-changing technology.

Robert holds a M.Sc. in Molecular and Medical Genetics from the University of Toronto and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa.

At Top Coaching, Robert is responsible for training sessions.

Kathryn Peterson

With a degree in psychoeducation, Kathryn migrated to the field of training and skills development after fourteen years as a caregiver for people dealing with various addictions.  She is very familiar with the health and social services network.

Having led over 800 workshops, trainings and conferences in Canada, the United States and Europe, Kathryn assists her clients in addressing their challenges.  Her main themes are the management of difficult personalities, communication skills, stress management, emotional intelligence and resilience.

Three of Kathryn’s books have been published, two for children of school age and a third “Oser avec ceux qui vous compliquent la vie” for people looking to understand and find strategies to interact effectively with difficult personalities.

In 2016, Kathryn was nominated governor of the “Institut de la gestion financière”, Montreal section (IGH Montréal) and received the recognition prize from the “Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec” recognizing her commitment and contribution to various projects.

Kathryn has addressed the topic of difficult personalities at work and stress in various media: CTV News, “Médium Large” on “radio de Radio-Canada”, Natasha Hall show on CJAD, Global and “la Gazette”.

At Top Coaching, Kathryn accompanies you with the integration of the human component in optimizing your performance by a better understanding of the factors at play and concrete tools to put into practice.

Benoît Lamontagne

Trained as an electrical engineer, Benoît is a member in good standing of the “Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec” (Order of Engineers of Québec) and the “Ordre des Administrateurs Agréés du Québec” (Order of Chartered Administrators of Québec).

Benoît has worked in the aerospace and avionics products industry for over 13 years. Over the course of his tenure he met various challenges which allowed him to develop his expertise in project management, continuous improvement, training and the management of organizational transformations.

Driven by his great thirst for knowledge, Benoît is presently completing his master’s in business administration (MBA) at the Montréal HEC University. He was also accepted as a certified management consultant candidate at CMC Canada.

Benoît applies his expertise to help his clients and his collaborators achieve their professional and organizational objectives. He distinguishes himself by his professionalism, his leadership, his authenticity and his high ethical values.
